Saima is a Partner and Head of Clinical Negligence here at Fletchers, with many years of legal experience and leadership expertise to her name. Her role involves providing guidance on technical issues, overseeing people management and driving performance to achieve key performance indicators. Additionally, Saima plays an active role in promoting diversity and inclusion within Fletchers, serving on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee. 

Since joining Fletchers in 2017, Saima has played a pivotal role in guiding and supporting five clinical negligence teams in Manchester, helping to deliver excellent client care. Prior to her current role, Saima was a one of our highly valued team leaders, a role that showcased her dedication to driving results and supporting team growth. With a strong focus on team performance and development, Saima leads by example, fostering a positive working culture that empowers team members to excel.
